We are pleased to announce the offering by RHBIB of up to 35,000,000 non-collateralised European-style cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of YINSON by way of market making. The YINSON-C28 is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. The YINSON-C28 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 19 October 2022. The YINSON-C28 is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 21 October 2022 and the First Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 17 February 2023.
