MN HOLDINGS BERHAD ("MNHB" OR "COMPANY") BONUS ISSUE OF 204,375,000 FREE WARRANTS IN MNHB ("WARRANT(S)") ON THE BASIS OF 1 WARRANT FOR EVERY 2 EXISTING ORDINARY SHARES IN MNHB HELD BY THE ENTITLED SHAREHOLDERS ON 27 FEBRUARY 2023
Each Warrant carries the entitlement to subscribe for 1 new MNHB Share at any time during the exercise period as indicated above ("Exercise Period") at the exercise price of RM0.20, subject to the adjustments in accordance with the provisions of the deed poll constituting the Warrants dated 10 February 2023. Any warrants which are not exercised during the Exercise Period will thereafter lapse and cease to be valid and shall be cancelled and treated to have been cancelled forthwith. This announcement is dated 7 March 2023.
