Chan Keen Wai holds a Master of Real Estate (with Distinction) from the University of Malaya, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Southern Cross University, Australia and a bachelors degree in Construction Management & Economics from the Curtin University of Technology, Australia. He is also a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), U.K and the Royal Institution of Surveyors, Malaysia (MRISM).

Chan Keen Wai is a Chartered Surveyor by profession. He has more than 20 years of experience in the built environment spanning across real estate development, contract management and built asset management in both Malaysia and Singapore. His wealth of experiences includes sixteen (16) years in managing property development processes in Malaysia encompassing both upstream and downstream activities of the business; three (3) years of experience in financial and contract management aiming at minimising project exposure to financial and contractual risks and five (5) years of experience in managing commercial and residential properties in Singapore with the overall objective of enhancing/preserving the value of properties to investors and end-users. 

The property developers and owners that he previously served include WCT Land Sdn Bhd, IJM Land Sdn Bhd, TA Global Bhd, PJ Development Holdings Bhd and Marina Centre Holdings Pte Ltd (Singapore).
