(Unless stated otherwise, definitions used in this announcement shall carry the same meaning as defined in the circular to shareholders of the Company in relation to the Regularisation Plan dated 30 June 2022).
On behalf of the Board, TA Securities and Malacca Securities wish to announce that the Company had on 20 March 2023 submitted an application to Bursa Securities for a further extension of time of an additional four (4) months (i.e., from 5 April 2023 to 5 August 2023) to complete the Regularisation Plan (“Second EOT Application”). The Second EOT Application is subject to the approval of Bursa Securities.
