The Board of Directors of Luster wishes to announce that Luster Venture Sdn Bhd (“PFMCC”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Luster Manufacturing Sdn. Bhd, which in turn a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company had on 26 May 2017 entered into a Project Financing, Management & Construction agreement with GDW Mengkuang Sdn Bhd to appoint PFMCC to act as the project financier, project manager and contractor for the development of a portion of the land known as Lot No. PT 711 Mukim 12 Daerah Seberang Perai Utara Negeri Pulau Pinang (”Awarded Project”). |
