We are pleased to announce the proposed issue by MCSM of up to 26,000,000 European-style non-collateralised cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of ARMADA by way of market making.

The ARMADA-C79 is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

The ARMADA-C79 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 26 September 2022. The ARMADA-C79 is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 30 September 2022. The obligations of MCSM under ARMADA-C79 are guaranteed by Macquarie Financial Holdings Pty Limited pursuant to the Guarantee Deed Poll dated 26 September 2022.
