We are pleased to announce the offering by Affin Hwang IB of up to 100,000,000 non-collateralised European-style cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of DNEX by way of market making.
DNEX-C17 is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
DNEX-C17 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 15 September 2022. DNEX-C17 is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 21 September 2022, the First Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 30 November 2022, the Second Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 3 March 2023 and the Term Sheet for DNEX-C17 dated 27 March 2023.
