We are pleased to announce the offering by Affin Hwang IB of up to 100,000,000 non-collateralised European-style cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of CIMB by way of market making.
CIMB-C1E is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
CIMB-C1E is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 15 September 2022. CIMB-C1E is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 21 September 2022, the First Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 30 November 2022, the Second Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 3 March 2023 and the Term Sheet for CIMB-C1E dated 27 March 2023.
