Reference is made to the Notice of Book Closure in relation to the Rights Issue with Warrants which had been announced by the Company separately today.

Based on the adjustment formula as set out in the Deed Poll A, the adjustments arising from the Rights Issue with Warrants will result in a decrease in the number of Warrants A and an increase in the exercise price of Warrants A.

Notwithstanding that, the terms of the Deed Poll A further states that, in no event will any adjustment involve an increase in the exercise price of Warrants A.

In view thereof, please be informed that there will be no adjustment to the number and exercise price of Warrants A arising from the Rights Issue with Warrants.
