| Working experience and occupation | Teo Gim Suan was an Audit Assistant with KPMG from 1990 to 1993. She was a Tax Assistant with KPMG Tax Services Sdn Bhd in 1993 and later held the position of Tax Senior until 2003. Between 2003 and 2005, she was the Manager of M & C Services Sdn Bhd, Sandakan Branch that provided company secretarial and related services. Since 2005, she is a Director and the Company Secretary of Moving Swift Corporate Services Sdn Bhd, a company which provides company secretarial and related services.
