The Closing Price of RM0.5971 was determined based on the arithmetic mean of daily volume weighted average market price of SPSETIA shares for the 5 market days prior to and including the market day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Closing Price is lower than SPSETIA-C56's Exercise Price of RM0.70, holders of SPSETIA-C56 will not be entitled to receive any payment from us. All outstanding and unexercised SPSETIA-C56 will cease to be valid and all of our obligations in respect of the SPSETIA-C56 shall terminate absolutely.
