We wish to announce that TOPGLOV-C3A expired at 5.00 p.m. on 31 March 2023 ("Expiry Date"). The Cash Settlement Amount is as follows:
Cash Settlement Amount = Number of TOPGLOV-C3A x (Closing Price - Exercise Price) x (1/Exercise Ratio)
= Number of TOPGLOV-C3A x (RM0.9755 - RM0.85) x (1/1)
= Number of TOPGLOV-C3A x RM0.1255
The Closing Price of RM0.9755 was determined based on the arithmetic mean of daily volume weighted average market price of TOPGLOV shares for the 5 market days prior to and including the market day immediately before the Expiry Date.
The Cash Settlement Amount shall be made by way of cheque or such other mode as may be approved by Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad and determined by us, within 7 market days from the Expiry Date. The cheques will be delivered to holders of TOPGLOV-C3A by ordinary post.
