We wish to announce that FRONTKN-C22 expired at 5.00 p.m. on 31 March 2023 ("Expiry Date"). The Cash Settlement Amount is as follows:
Cash Settlement Amount = Number of FRONTKN-C22 x (Closing Price - Exercise Price) x (1/Exercise Ratio)
= Number of FRONTKN-C22 x (RM3.0503 - RM2.95) x (1/3)
= Number of FRONTKN-C22 x RM0.0334
The Closing Price of RM3.0503 was determined based on the arithmetic mean of daily volume weighted average market price of FRONTKN shares for the 5 market days prior to and including the market day immediately before the Expiry Date.
The Cash Settlement Amount shall be made by way of cheque or such other mode as may be approved by Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad and determined by us, within 7 market days from the Expiry Date. The cheques will be delivered to holders of FRONTKN-C22 by ordinary post.
