The Board of Directors of REVENUE wishes to announce that the Company had on 31 March 2023 received a notice in writing dated 28 March 2023 given pursuant to Section 281(1) of the Companies Act, 2016 (“the Act”) from Messrs. UHY (“UHY”) on their resignation as Auditors of the Company. Pursuant to Section 281(2) of the Act, UHY term of office will end after expiry of 21 days from 28 March 2023.

The resignation of UHY was on a voluntary basis, as based on mutual agreement of both parties.

Save for the above, the Company is not aware of any matter that need to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company.

Further announcement will be made by the Company on the appointment of new auditors in due course.
