The Board of Directors of LHB wishes to announce that the Company, had on 3 April 2023 entered into a sale and purchase agreement (SPA) with NH Foods Ltd. (NH Foods), Japan, to acquire the remaining 51% equity interest in NHF comprising 15,300,000 ordinary shares legally and beneficially owned by NH Foods; and any additional shares in NHF that are issued to, and are owned by, NH Foods between the date of the SPA and completion of SPA, for a total purchase consideration of RM1.00. This announcement is dated 3 April 2023. |
