We wish to announce that HSPLANT-CE expired at 5.00 p.m. on 05 April 2023 ("Expiry Date") and the Cash Settlement Amount shall be calculated as below.
Cash Settlement Amount:
= Number of HSPLANT-CE x (Closing Price - Exercise Price) x (1/Exercise Ratio)
= Number of HSPLANT-CE x (RM1.7554 - RM2.5500) x (1/5)
= Number of HSPLANT-CE x RM0.0000
The Closing Price of RM 1.7554 is the average volume-weighted average price (VWAP) of the HSPLANT Shares for the five (5) Market Days prior to and including the Market Day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Cash Settlement Amount is equal to or less than zero, we shall not be obliged to make any payment to the relevant holder and HSPLANT-CE shall become void and cease to have exercise rights and our obligation in respect of HSPLANT-CE shall terminate absolutely.
