We are pleased to announce the offering by RHBIB of up to 35,000,000 non-collateralised European-style cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of INARI by way of market making. The INARI-C1Z is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. The INARI-C1Z is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 19 October 2022. The INARI-C1Z is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 21 October 2022 and the First Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 17 February 2023.
