Reference is made to the announcement on 3 February 2023 in relation to the Proposed Withdrawal of Listing (“Announcement”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcement shall apply herein.

On behalf of the Board, HLIB wishes to announce that the Company is cognisant of the recent amendments to the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities in relation to a transfer of listing from the LEAP Market to the ACE Market which is effective from 1 April 2023 (“Amendments”).

Pursuant to the Amendments, the Board will proceed with the Proposed Withdrawal of Listing in accordance with the Amendments to facilitate the proposed transfer of listing and quotation of the entire issued share capital of Topvision from the LEAP Market to the ACE Market of Bursa Securities (“Proposed Transfer of Listing”).

Further announcements in relation to the Proposed Withdrawal of Listing and Proposed Transfer of Listing will be made in due course.
