The Board of Directors of KEN wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek shareholders' approval on the proposed renewal of authority for the purchase of its own shares of up to ten percent (10%) of the issued shares of the Company at the Thirty-Ninth Annual General Meeting to be convened.

A circular to shareholders containing details of the above proposal will be despatched to the shareholders of the Company in due course.
