The Warrants B may be exercised any time within the tenure of 5 years commencing from and inclusive of the date of issuance of the Warrants B and not later than 5.00 p.m. on the Expiry Date (being the last day of a period of 5 years commencing from and including the date of issue of the Warrants B, but if that day is not a market day, it shall be the immediately preceding market day). Each Warrant B carries the entitlement, at any time during the exercise period, to subscribe for 1 new ordinary share in Bina Puri at the exercise price of the Warrants B, shall be subject to the adjustments in accordance with the provisions of the Deed Poll B, which shall be satisfied fully in cash.
