Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 19 October 2022 and 7 April 2023. Unless otherwise stated, the definitions and terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the said announcement.
The Board of Directors of Classita wishes to announce that the above matter was fixed for case management this morning.
The Court has fixed the next case management date on 24 May 2023 and has directed the Defendants to file an application to transfer Suit 133 to the Court hearing Suit 78 before 24 May 2023.
