| Working experience and occupation | He began his career in London, working for Bank of New York Mellon and Barclays. He then went on to work as a senior consultant for Management Consulting Group, a then FTSE 250 listed management consultancy boutique, in their transactions advisory vertical, focussing on advising private equity clients on a range of transactions including debt refinancings, M&A and optimal capital structuring. Post obtaining an MBA in 2010, he has worked in private equity, for both Navis Capital and Creador. He has gained valuable experience, working in both Malaysia and Singapore and holding the position of Director in the respective funds deal teams. He brings to bear a wealth of experience in finance, capital market transactions and operationally focussed value creation. |
