To assist in strengthening the Group's operations and focus on the Group's business plan, the financial year end of the Company is changed from 31 December to 30 June. The Audited Financial Statements ("AFS") will be made up from 1 January 2022 to 30 June 2023 covering a period of 18 months and on 30 June for subsequent years. The Company will apply for an extension of time to hold its next Annual General Meeting and to lodge the AFS with the Companies Commission of Malaysia. |
