Pursuant to paragraph 9.19(35) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of Lee Swee Kiat Group Berhad (“LSK” or “the Group”) wishes to announce that there is a deviation of more than 10% between the profit after tax attributable to equity holders of the Group stated in the unaudited fourth quarterly results for the financial period ended 31 December 2022 announced on 21 February 2023 and Audited Financial Statements for the financial year ended 31 December 2022.
