Pursuant to Rule 6.11(17) of the LEAP Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”), the Board of Directors of MCOM (“Board”) wishes to announce that the Company’s External Auditors, Messrs. UHY (“UHY”) had expressed the following unqualified opinion with material uncertainty related to going concern in the Independent Auditors’ Report for the financial year ended 31 December 2022 (“FYE 2022”).
