We refer to the announcement made on 14 November 2016 where Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) approved the application for an extension of time up to 30 March 2017 to submit the Company’s regularisation plan to the regulatory authorities. On behalf of the Board of Directors of the Company, M&A Securities Sdn Bhd wishes to announce that it had on 30 March 2017 submitted an application for extension of time up to 30 September 2017 to submit the regularisation plan to the authorities. The outcome of the application for extension of time will be announced upon the decision received from Bursa Securities. This announcement is dated 31 March 2017. |
