Further to the Company's announcement dated 9 August 2019, the Board of Directors of MAXWELL hereby announces that the Company has on 19 August 2019 submitted to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") its appeal against the de-listing of the securities of the Company from the Official List of Bursa Securities.
As such, the removal of the securities of the Company from the Official List of Bursa Securities on 22 August 2019 shall be deferred pending the decision by Bursa Securities on the appeal.
