We refer to the Company's announcements dated 11 January 2022, 10 February 2022, 4 April 2022, 13 July 2022, 7 September 2022, 15 November 2022 and 3 April 2023. Unless otherwise stated, the definitions and terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the previous announcements.
The Board of Directors wishes to inform that solicitors for the parties have attended case management on 11 May 2023 and the Court has directed parties to file their respective expert reply reports by 25 May 2023. The parties are also directed to file their respective Convergence and Divergence report and witness statements by 9 June 2023. The Court has also fixed a final case management on 12 June 2023. No changes are made to the original trial dates fixed on 19 June 2023 to 22 June 2023 and 26 June 2023 to 28 June 2023.
