We refer to the earlier announcements dated 7 February 2023, 13 February 2023, 8 March 2023, 29 March 2023, 31 March 2023 and 18 April 2023 in relation to the Proposals. On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that the Purchase Consideration has been effected in full on 18 May 2023. Accordingly, the Proposed Acquisition has been completed on even date.
