-VARIATION BY 10% OR MORE BETWEEN ACTUAL VALUE OF RECURRENT RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS ("RRPT") AND ESTIMATED VALUE

Further to the announcement made to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 4 April 2023 (Reference Number GA1-04042023-00050) in respect of the variation between the actual value of RRPT and estimated value by 10% or more, KAWAN wishes to inform that the actual value of the RRPT entered into by the Company and its subsidiaries (“Kawan Group”) with MH Delight Sdn Bhd (“MH Delight”), has further exceeded the estimated value as set out in the Circular to Shareholders dated 29 April 2022 more than 10% as illustrated in the table below:
