The Board of Directors of STC (“Board”) is pleased to announce that pursuant to Clause 18.3 of the By-Laws of the ESOS, the Board, upon recommendation of the Company’s ESOS Committee, has approved an extension of duration of the ESOS, which will be expiring on 2 July 2023, for a further period of 5 years from 3 July 2023 to 2 July 2028.
The extension of duration of the ESOS is not subject to any approvals from the Company’s shareholders and/or any other authorities.
