We are pleased to announce the offering by Affin Hwang IB of up to 100,000,000 non-collateralised European-style cash settled put warrants over ordinary shares of MAYBANK by way of market making.
MAYBANK-HB is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
MAYBANK-HB is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 15 September 2022. MAYBANK-HB is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 21 September 2022, the First Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 30 November 2022, the Second Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 3 March 2023, the Third Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 10 May 2023 and the Term Sheet for MAYBANK-HB dated 25 May 2023.
