We refer to the announcements by the Company dated 2 March 2023 and 31 March 2023 on the submission of the extension of time application and the approval from Bursa Securities for the extension of time application respectively. Unless otherwise defined, capitalised terms used in this announcement have the same meanings as those given to them in the aforementioned announcements. On behalf of the Board of Directors of PEB, MIDF Amanah Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that 2 of the solar power producers (“SPPs”), namely RGSB and HESB have obtained the approvals from EC vide letters dated 23 May 2023 to undertake the Proposed Regularisation Plan. The approvals from EC for the remaining 3 SPPs, namely SBU Power Sdn Bhd, BGMC Bras Power Sdn Bhd and Idiwan Solar Sdn Bhd are currently pending. In relation to the approvals from TNB, all 5 SPPs had successfully obtained approvals from TNB to undertake the Proposed Regularisation Plan. This announcement is dated 25 May 2023. |
