The Board of Directors of Edaran Berhad ("EDARAN") is pleased to announce that EDARAN's wholly owned subsidiary, Edaran IT Services Sdn Bhd (“Edaran IT”) has been awarded a Tender for “Membekal, Menghantar, Mereka Bentuk, Membangun, Memasang, Menguji, Mentauliah dan Menyelenggara Perisian, Perkakasan Serta Aplikasi Bagi Hasil Power Data Fasa 1 Di Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri Malaysia” (“Contract”) by Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri for a value of RM20.6 million.

The Contract will commence on 15 March 2017 and expires on 30 September 2020.

Proceeds from the Contract shall contribute towards the earnings of EDARAN Group for the financial year ending 30 June 2018. The EPS is estimated to increase by 2.20 sen.

There is no significant risk in respect to this Contract.

None of the directors and substantial shareholders of EDARAN and Edaran IT has any interest, whether direct or indirect, in the Contract. In so far as the directors and substantial shareholders are aware of, no person connected with then has any interest, direct or indirect, in the Contract.
