The Board of Directors of Chin Hin Group Berhad wishes to announce that Chin Hin Concrete Holdings Sdn. Bhd. (“CHCH”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 31 May 2023 entered into a Share Sale Agreement (“SSA”) with Fivestar Salute Sdn. Bhd. (“the Purchaser”) for the proposed disposal of entire equity interest in Chin Hin Concrete (KL) Sdn. Bhd. (“Target Company”) comprising 8,500,000 ordinary shares (“Sale Shares”) to the Purchaser for a total cash consideration of RM26,924,212.00 only (“Purchase Consideration”) (“Proposed Disposal”).
