The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that further to the Company's announcements made on 17 April 2023 and 30 May 2023 respectively in relation to the Proposed Change of Name of the Company, the Company has on 1 June 2023 received the Notice of Registration of New Name pursuant to Section 28 of the Companies Act 2016 issued by the Companies Commission of Malaysia notifying the change of name of the Company from "Wah Seong Corporation Berhad" to "Wasco Berhad" with effect from 31 May 2023.
