Unless otherwise defined, all defined terms and abbreviations used in this announcement shall carry the same meaning as those previously defined in EPM’s announcement dated 29 November 2021 in relation to the Proposals.
Reference is made to the following:
(i) EPM’s announcement dated 29 November 2021 in respect of the Proposals;
(ii) EPM’s announcement dated 22 April 2022 in respect of Bursa Securities’ approval for the listing of such number of additional new Shares, representing up to 15% of the total number of issued Shares, excluding treasury shares, if any, to be issued pursuant to the ESOS; and
(iii) EPM’s announcement dated 31 May 2022 in respect of EPM’s shareholders’ approvals for the Proposals.
On behalf of the Board, Mercury Securities wishes to announce that the ESOS was not implemented by the Company ESOS as the approval from Bursa Securities for the ESOS has lapsed.
