The Board wishes to announce that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) has, vide its letter dated 4 January 2017, informed that pursuant to Paragraph 16.07(a) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities, the entire issued and paid-up share capital of HLRB will be removed from the Official List of Bursa Securities with effect from 9.00 a.m., Monday, 9 January 2017.
