The terms used herein, unless the context otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the Private Placement.

We refer to the earlier announcements dated 17 May 2023, 31 May 2023 and 9 June 2023 in relation to the Private Placement.

On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 13 June 2023, resolved to approve the listing of and quotation for up to 64,997,824 Placement Shares to be issued pursuant to the Private Placement, on the ACE Market of Bursa Securities subject to the following:-

i.          LYC and UOBKH must fully comply with the relevant provisions under the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities ("Listing Requirements") pertaining to the implementation of the Private Placement;

ii.          LYC and UOBKH to inform Bursa Securities upon the completion of the Private Placement;

iii.         LYC to furnish Bursa Securities with a written confirmation of its compliance with the terms and conditions of Bursa Securities' approval once the Private Placement is completed; and

iv.         LYC to furnish Bursa Securities with a certified true copy of the resolution passed pursuant to Sections 75 and 76 of the Companies Act, 2016, in the event the current general mandate expires prior to the completion of the Private Placement.
