The Board of Directors of KAG wishes to announce that the Company had on 12 June 2023 submitted the application for the subscription of up to 130,000,000 million rights shares and excess rights shares with 43,333,333 free detachable warrants of Komarkcorp Berhad (“Komark”) at an issue price of RM0.08 each for total cash consideration of up to RM10,400,000.00 only (“Proposed Subscription”).
