We are pleased to announce the offering by RHBIB of up to 40,000,000 non-collateralised European-style cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of SUNCON by way of market making. The SUNCON-CO is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. The SUNCON-CO is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 17 October 2017. The SUNCON-CO is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 24 October 2017. The salient terms of the SUNCON-CO are set out in the attachment.
