On behalf of the Board of NICE, M&A Securities is pleased to announce that the approval from Bursa Securities dated 20 December 2022 for the implementation of the Private Placement had lapsed on 19 June 2023 (“Approval”).
The Company had completed the listing of 245,900,000 Placement Shares and 19,249,800 Placement Shares on 17 February 2023 and 23 March 2023, respectively, on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. and the Private Placement is deemed completed upon the expiry of the Approval.
