The Board of Directors (“Board”) of Mah Sing wishes to announce that Mestika Bistari Sdn Bhd, Grand Prestige Development Sdn Bhd and Elite Park Development Sdn Bhd (each a “Purchaser” and collectively referred to as “the Purchasers”), each of which are wholly-owned subsidiaries of Mah Sing, had on 19 June 2023 entered into 3 inter-conditional sale and purchase agreements (“SPAs”) with Petaling Garden Sdn Bhd (“Vendor”) for the Proposed Acquisition of 500 acres in total area of land located in Mukim Beranang, Daerah Ulu Langat, Selangor (“the Land”) comprising :

(a) 440 acres being part of all that piece of freehold land held under Geran 46222, Lot 41, Mukim Beranang, Daerah Ulu Langat, Negeri Selangor measuring 301.4903 hectares (approximately 745 acres) in area (“Lot 41 Land”)

and

(b) all that piece of freehold land held under Geran 9403, Lot 1807, Mukim Beranang, Daerah Ulu Langat, Negeri Selangor measuring 24.282 hectares (approximately 60 acres) in area (“Lot 1807 Land”)

for a purchase consideration of RM392,040,000 (“Purchase Consideration”).
