The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company had on 19 June 2023 received the Notice of Registration of New Name pursuant to Section 28 of the Companies Act 2016 dated 16 June 2023 issued by the Companies Commission of Malaysia. Accordingly, the name of the Company has been changed from "SAND NISKO CAPITAL BERHAD" to "MPIRE GLOBAL BERHAD" with effect from 16 June 2023. This announcement is dated 19 June 2023. |
