The Board of Directors of LKL ("Board") wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, LKLAM, had on 19 June 2023 entered into a Distributorship Agreement ("DA") with SECA to carry out the business of distributing SECA’s medical devices, accessories and its related spare parts/software in Malaysia.
