With reference to the above, AmInvestment Bank Berhad (“AmInvestment Bank” or the “Adviser”) on behalf of AmBank, is pleased to announce the proposed issue by AmBank of up to 80,000,000 European style non-collateralised cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of AAX, to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.           

AAX-C10 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 25 November 2016 executed by us, as supplemented from time to time. The AAX-C10 is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 1 December 2016, the First Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 3 April 2017, the Second Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 1 August 2017 and the Term Sheet for the AAX-C10 dated 1 August 2017.
