We regret to inform that the Closing Price of SERBADK Shares on the Price-Fixing Date was not RM1.98, as a technical error had occurred; the correct Closing Price of SERBADK Shares on the Price-Fixing Date was RM1.99. All other terms of SERBADK-CB shall remain unchanged. The definitions used in this announcement shall be the same as that contained in our Base Prospectus and Deed Poll unless otherwise defined herein A summary of the principal terms of the SERBADK-CB is set out in Table 1.
