We are pleased to announce the offering by RHBIB of up to 35,000,000 non-collateralised European-style cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of MAYBANK by way of market making.

The MAYBANKC29 is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

The MAYBANKC29 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 30 August 2016 and the Supplemental Deed Poll dated 12 January 2017. The MAYBANKC29 is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 9 September 2016 and the First Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 18 January 2017.
