The Board of Directors of the Company has approved the change of the financial year end of the Company from 30 June 2023 to 30 September 2023. The next financial year will be commenced from 1 July 2022 to 30 September 2023, covering a period of 15 months. Thereafter, the subsequent financial years shall end on 30 September annually. The reason for the change of the financial year end is to provide adequate time for the new auditors yet to be appointed, to perform and complete the audit.
