We are pleased to announce the proposed issue by MCSM of up to 15,000,000 European-style non-collateralised cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of INARI by way of market making.

The INARI-C2A is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

The INARI-C2A is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 26 September 2022. The INARI-C2A is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 30 September 2022. The obligations of MCSM under INARI-C2A are guaranteed by Macquarie Financial Holdings Pty Limited pursuant to the Guarantee Deed Poll dated 26 September 2022.
